Ana loved to dance since she was 4 years old , so she studied classical ballet and contemporary dance in “Floria Capsali” Choreography High School in Bucharest. During high school she participated in competitions and won awards, attended dance training courses in France and Austria.
Then she went to “Ion Luca Caragiale” National University of Theatre and Cinematography in Bucharest, choreographic creation department, and graduated as a choreographer.
In parallel she danced with great dedication at the National Opera House in Bucharest in almost all ballet performances and went on many tours abroad. She also performed in shows at the National Theatre, including the musical "Chicago".
After an accident suffered during rehearsals, Ana retired from the opera world , on which stage she stayed for six years. After a period of recovery, she had to choose a dance form less physically demanding, so she became part of the ballet team of the tv show “Dansez pentru tine” Pro Tv, where she remained for four years.
The profession and the experience in dance helped Ana to understand Pilates and to follow the complex courses of this kind of movement, both mat and Reformer exercises.
She studied and improved her professional education, graduated aerobic fitness instructor training course and the Pilates course supported by an instructor from Balanced Body, the most well known Pilates school in America. Ana finds that Pilates method is a way of acquiring and maintaining health, relaxation, and a harmonious connection between body and mind.

Raluca "became friends" with ballet at the age of 3, and 15 years later she graduated from the "Floria Capsali" Ballet Highschool in Bucharest.
She is currently employed in a theater in Bucharest, as a ballerina. In all this time she collaborated with most broadcasters in the country, in tv shows like „ Dansez pentru Tine „, „ Bingo „, „ Teo „ and others, in some of them as a ballerina or dancer, in others also as a choreographer.
All along she danced with romanian artists and participated in many tours in Europe with the Vienna Operetta.
Raluca began her pedagogical career teaching dance and ballet classes for children and adults. Thareafter she attended the aerobic fitness courses and then decided to choose Pilates , specializing herself in Reformer- Balanced Body equipment.
She embraced this form of exercise because it resembles very much with the kind of movement that she’s been doing for 30 years now, the ballet.

Antoaneta first started dancing as a child and followed her dream by graduating from "Floria Capsali" Choreography High School in Bucharest. She participated to numerous ballet and contemporary competitions.
Her ballet career began on the stage of the National Opera in Bucharest, where, for six years, the music, the scenery, the costumes, her body, became "tools" used to implement the public into the fragile world of movement.
Alongside her professional dance career, Antoaneta attended and graduated Law from the "Hyperion" University Bucharest.
Artistic career continued with the company "Operettenbuhne Vienna" participating in numerous tours in Europe, Japan, South Korea and China. Following, she worked in Portugal with "Belinda King Creative Productions", then she traveled the world working with celebrated companies such as Cunard, Ibero Cruises and MSC.
Wanting to help the people from the other side of the stage to discover the beauty and benefits of body movement, to give them the opportunity to actively relax and have a sense of balance and harmony, Antoaneta trained as fitness-aerobics and Pilates coach, working in Romania and abroad as Tae Bo and Pilates instructor. From the beginning of 2012 she joined "Movement Studio" team.

Adriana began doing ballet at an early age and after nine years of study she became a ballerina at the National Operetta Theatre "Ion Dacian". In parallel she participated in many entertainment programs of the most popular TV stations in Romania as Pro TV, Antena 1, Prima TV, TVR.
Since 2003 Adriana joins Belinda King Present's (producer Cunard Cruise Line) , and since 2005 collaborates with the largest cruise company in the world, the Carnival Cruise Line.
Starting with 2012 she begins her activity at Movement Studio as a ballet teacher, and after graduating and finishing her training , also as a pilates instructor. Gentle, patient, but also determined and mobilizing, Adriana is waiting for you to experience together the mysteries and benefits of this wonderful form of exercise.

My sporting activity began at FC Steaua club, where I attended performance gymnastics, then continued with kickboxing classes at The Martial Art Club Hontai and sky-diving at the Aurel Vlaicu Air club in Bucharest.
These subjects molded my character, built my physical and psychical strength, ductility , balance and endurance.
I studied at the University of Bucharest, majored on Administration and Business, then I decided to take the Fitness-Aerobic Course out of the will to improve myself and to work in this area of expertise.
Along the years I had several collaborations with different Fitness Clubs as a Personal Trainer and Group Trainer.
My decision to major in the Pilates technique brought immense fulfillment, becoming my new love in sports because it never ceases to push my limits and surprise me with its variety of exercises. The technique, coordination, and control of the movements represents the key to a healthy, beautiful body, forever in a state of equilibrium.
My favorite quote is: “I refuse to be ordinary, because I have the right to be amazing!”

Governed by the principle “men sana in corpore sano”(a healthy mind in a healthy body), Adrian chosed to live an orderly balanced life, by improving himself constantly on the intellectually field and sport field.
In a briefly description, he graduated the International Relations and European Studies Faculty, Spiru Haret University (2008) and continued with a master program named “Romania in the History of International Relations”, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Gheorghe Onisoru 2010). Adrian also took part in a few scientific sessions.
Meanwhile he practiced martial arts since he was young: Wushu kung fu (1995-1998), Ashihara Karate (since 2000, brown belt, 1st kyu rank); in 2009 he discovered „the ultimate truth” by practicing Kyokushin Kay Karate, guided by hes mentor, Sensey Ionut Stancu (3rd Dan). He also practiced fitness since 2002. Adrian kept on seeking to improve his tehniques, willing to gain a balanced body, focusing on quality training, in order to obtain more flexibility, coordonation of the movements, something that requests the presence of the mind and the body durring the training. This is how he discovered and assimilated the principles of Pilates workout.
If you ask him „where do you see yourself in 5/10 years?”, his answer is very concise and firm : „in the gym”. Encouraged by family and friends, he chose a career as a Pilates teacher, willing to learn constantly and improve his tehniques. “My mission is not only to help others to achieve a good shape, but also to distract them from daily routine, and guide them for an active life, by practicing sport. Pilates workout captures the attention throughout the session and the result is more than improving the muscle tone, flexibility, breathing, and correcting body alignment.
By practicing Pilates, the practitioner is always in competition with himself, and the best reward is the moment when he removes the “t” from “I can’t”. This is the moment when he overcomes and improves himself, day by day, with a positive attitude and perseverance, winning back his self-confidence and self respect”.

In love with the art of dance ever since he was a child, Tavi graduated the Choreography High School in 1993 and then joined the National Operetta Theatre “Ion Dacian” on which stage he performed for 22 years. Tavi had many contracts abroad, dancing in Paris, in Everland South Korea for 2 years, Japan, Austria, Germany and many other countries and he also colaborated with romanian televisions.
Tavi later discovered Pilates, a form of exercise that he loved from the first moment as it has a lot in common with dancing. This is the reason why he is now one of our Pilates instructors.

Elena is a positive person, keen on nutrition and sports even since her teenage years. She has continued to develop this passion, in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle, until training others became an addiction.
She graduated Philology, English – French Section, followed by a master degree in mass-media and communication. Along with her teaching and corporate years, she graduated aerobics- fitness, yoga (certified by Yoga Alliance 200TTC), personal trainer and nutrition courses. She believes that one can never stop learning and she continues to improve her knowledge, as she puts on the first place the safety of the people she trains and wants to offer them quality group and personal trainings. Since 2013 she has been collaborating with several fitness clubs in Bucharest, for group training in yoga, pilates, fitball, rebound, step, cardio & functional training.
She discovered the Pilates method by practicing on her own, in order to balance the intense aerobics classes she trained at the gym. She got convinced on its benefits upon breathing, flexibility and muscular tonus. With Reformer, it was love at first sight, understanding on the spot that anybody, no matter the age or physical preparation stage, could practice a lot of exercises for which would need several apparatus at the fitness gym, and that by keeping safe the joints and the spine.
Now she feels accomplished as she managed to transform her passion into her daily job and wants to help others achieve a good physical and mental condition through sports.

Elena stepped into the world of dancing at the age of eight ,discovering there a healthy lifestyle, developing her own personality and the beautiful harmony between body, soul and mind.
There have been many collaborations in the country, being part of the ballet team from "Dansez pentru tine" TV show,and as well abroad. Having the privilege to work for big companies as Carnival Cruise Line and Costa Crociere ,she had the chance to travel all over the world, discovering different civilizations and cultures and gaining new experiences.
The close connection between Pilates and Ballet and also the desire to help others to discover their miraculous benefits, has been an inspiration for studying and deepening this method designed by Joseph Pilates, her career following this new path.
